Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the
products that you have chosen you may return
them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will
be more than happy to offer you an exchange or
a refund provided that the products are returned
complete, in perfect condition, unused, and
with the original packaging.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty,
you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the
products to us. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please obtain a proof of posting
certificate from your post office when
returning goods as we cannot be held
responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for
the costs of postage where the item returned is
faulty.
