By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@solattire.co.uk before placing an order with us.
A Contract between the customer and Solattire for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and sent. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see our Delivery Information page.
VAT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (�) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The new current full VAT rate from 1st January 2010 is 17.5%. If your order is sent to within the European Community (EC) your invoice will include VAT at 17.5%. If you live outside the EC your sales tax will be zero which will be reflected in your invoice total.
Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
MAKING A PURCHASE
We accept orders in the following ways:
ONLINE: Placing your order is simple. Decide on the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details such as address and payment method in order to complete your purchase.
BY PHONE: Order line 01725 513682 for placing orders and making enquiries. Lines are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We can take credit/debit card orders over the telephone.

BY POST: If you wish to pay by cheque, please print off the ordering form [click here to download] and post to us enclosing credit/debit card details or a cheque for the full amount. Cheques should be made payable to 'Solattire' and sent to:

Please put your name and address on the back of the cheque. You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear.

Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, very occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case, we will contact you to arrange a later delivery date, or suggest an alternative.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
DELIVERY
Orders are usually sent within 48 hours by Royal Mail or our courier, to arrive with UK customers within three to five working days. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and send it as soon as possible.
The cost of delivery will be added to your Order Total before your payment card details are entered.
DELIVERY CHARGES
UK (Inc N. Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO): £3.95 per order
European Union: £6.95 per order.
Please note: We are unable to send larger/heavier items such as Child Carriers, Beach Shelters or Travel Cots to the EU at £6.95 per order due to the weight/size of these items. Carriage will be charged at cost, please e-mail us for a shipping quotation.
Worldwide: We are usually happy to deliver worldwide. Carriage will be charged at cost, please e-mail us for a quotation.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
